I took my daughter here for the first time (and her second ever haircut). The welcome on the desk was lovely, and put my shy daughter at ease. Emily did her hair, and what a delight. Fab cut, beautifully plaited afterwards, and made her feel comfortable throughout the appointment. My daughter was delighted. Thank you.

I saw Rachel’s work on her Instagram page and booked in initially for a colour consultation. My hair was patchy, broken, and had lots of banding - I’d given up thinking I could get the hair I wanted! While there Rachel explained some of the options for different hair extensions too and she is the best salesperson I’ve ever met as I bought them on the spot 😂 I went back two weeks later to have my hair colour corrected and my extensions fitted. It was a long process but the care and attention from Rachel and the rest of the team was like nothing I’ve experienced before. I’m in love with my new hair and can’t thank Rachel enough for giving me the hair I’ve always wanted 🖤

Had my hair cut by someone called Em (if I remember right) and I love it, she was very friendly and helpful. The cut was perfect, she took me through ways I can style hair hair and recommended types of products I can use to help maintain it. The service was very enjoyable. Usually I worry about hair cuts but after showing her photos and her response to what I wanted I was quickly at ease and knew the service I'd be getting would be perfect to what I had in mind.

Had an appointment here today with Rachel to remove some red from my hair and go purple. She was absolutely fab and had some amazing ideas on how to get some more movement in my poker straight hair, and her insight into what we were doing with the colour was fab because my hair looks absolutely stunning! The shop itself is beautiful and all the staff that I spoke to today were some of the kindest people I've ever met! I always get nervous trying a new salon and this was big seeing as I only moved to the area recently. I felt so welcome and so at home that everyone there is an absolute credit to the place. I will 100% be returning there again to see Rachel for the upkeep of my hair and have already got it booked in!
